The Gator Clowns of Jacksonville, World Clown Association alley #2 is the oldest active alley in the United States. On August 6th the group will celebrate National Clown Week by offering free face painting and balloon twisting
In the 70's President Nixon declared the first week of August as National Clown Week in honor of the legacy of laughter clowns provide. Now, more than ever the world needs clowns to give a smile a bit of joy and a laugh.
